  1. Click Create Account in the top right corner of any store page.
  2. Enter your current email and your full name.
  3. Enter password, and your contact number.
  4. Enter the address, and click Create My Account.

  2. Click Edit account profile
  3. Edit or modify any of your account information
  4. Check carefully, and click Continue

You can actually view your entire order history on your account page. Here you'll see the most recent statuses of your pending orders along with other order details. If your order has shipped, clicking View Order Details will show you the associated tracking number.

If the items you order are already in stock, your order will move to our packaging department very quickly. If you ever need to cancel an order after placing it, just go to your order history within 30 minutes of your purchase. You'll be able to make modifications there as long as the order hasn't been sent to packaging.If more than 30 minutes have passed since placing your order, go to the Contact Us or use WhatsApp/Line/weChat to send us your cancellation request.

Please include your order number and specific details about the item(s) you want to remove from your order. We will notify you of the status of your cancellation within 1-2 business days.

To pay for your order on CakeLaces, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Process Checkout on your shopping cart/basket
  2. Choose your preferred payment method on the checkout page

CakeLaces supports Visa, MasterCard, Maestro Debit Card, Visa Debit Card, and wire transfer via banks. To learn more about payment methods on CakeLaces, please refer to //cakelaces.com/payment-methods

When placing your order, select the credit card you wish to pay with and you will be directed to a secure payment page. Then simply follow the on-screen instructions.

1. Select the Credit/Debit Card/PayPal on payment method you want to use on processing checkout, enter the required details and click Continue

2. Click Process Credit/Debit Card Payment on confirm step, you will be redirect to PayPal payment Page

3. On PayPal payment page, choose Create an Account (You have optional to do no account need)

4. Select the credit card you want to use, enter the required details and click Continue.

5. Before click Continue, you have optional to choose create an PayPal account. Please check No, I don't want an account now if you preferred no need PayPal account.

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed successfully.

If you have made payment and want to change your shipping address, please directly contact your supplier to inform him/her of your new address before your order is shipped out.

If you did not make payment yet, you can ignore the order with the incorrect shipping and replace a new order with your correct shipping address. The unpaid order will be cancelled automatically after the due day.
